AI Veggie Hummus Wrap Recipe: Options and Substitutions

The Hummus:  The hummus you choose for your wrap is completely up to you. We used our spicy hummus that we just made the day before when we tested this recipe.  However, you could use store-bought classic hummus or any other flavor of hummus you wish.

The Veggies:  We followed the AI recipe that Orion gave us for this wrap, but you can mix it up with any veggies you want. You could use different colors of bell peppers or add onions. You could julienne some jicama or add lettuce. Do whatever sounds good to you for your wrap.

The Wrap:  We used a 100% whole wheat wrap, but you can use any large tortilla wrap. We chose the whole wheat wrap to get some extra fiber and other nutritional benefits.
